Having been in the culinary field for over 25 years, I value the importance of selecting ingredients by hand and making everything from scratch, even if it takes time. Just like sashimi, the seafood is selected by skilled artisans, and the vegetables are delivered directly from the source, prepared as tempura according to the season. Every morning, the shop owner personally goes out to source the fish, using years of honed skills and a keen eye for selection. The vibrant colors of the fish are so fresh that their brilliance is evident the moment they arrive. We offer three different sizes to choose from, tailored to the number of people and the occasion.

Famous sake from Akita using Shinsei yeast
This is a <long-term cave-aged sake> that has been aged in a cave for three years. It has a sweet aroma and a rich mouthfeel.
It is well-known as the highest quality sweet potato shochu. The sweet potatoes used as the raw material are of the highest quality (Kogane Sengan) produced by contracted farmers, and the brewing water is sourced from the underground water of the Takakuma mountain range, carefully crafted in 50 clay pots.
Mr. Murao, a master of shochu making, handles everything from the preparation of shochu to the production of koji and distillation by himself. It is an exceptional sweet potato shochu without any embellishments.
The term <Demon King> was named after a special liquor brought forth by demons who seduce angels and procure the finest alcohol from the demon realm. Contrary to its name, the taste is sweet and has a pleasant mouthfeel, making it very popular among women.
Since the old days when black koji brewing was not yet mainstream, we have been dedicated to making shochu with black koji.
Brewed with black koji, it has a strong sweet potato flavor while being easy to drink, allowing you to enjoy it in multiple cups.
