A sweet potato shochu with a crisp flavor made using black koji from Kagoshima. It is popular for its easy drinkability and good balance, with a subtle sweet potato aroma that is not too overpowering.
Produced from 100% Kogane Sengan from Kagoshima Prefecture, finished with traditional black koji, this is an easy-to-drink masterpiece.
This shochu is made from carefully selected sweet potatoes and rice malt, filtered through the ancient cedar forests of Yakushima, an island known for its selection of famous waters from Kagoshima. It has a smooth flavor.
Produced in Kagoshima Prefecture, this sweet potato shochu is carefully made with white koji, offering a soft and rich aroma and sweetness of sweet potatoes.
Origin: Kagoshima, made from the legendary purple sweet potato 'Murasakimasari'. This is a completely new type of sweet potato shochu characterized by a lingering sweetness and a refined aroma.
Using original yeast carefully selected and developed for 'Yaemaru' from Kagoshima Prefecture. This is a clean and refreshing barley shochu.
