Produced from 100% Kogane Sengan from Kagoshima Prefecture, this is an easy-to-drink masterpiece made with traditional black koji brewing.
The famous water filtered through the thousands of years old cedar primeval forest of Yakushima, which is also one of the top hundred famous waters in Kagoshima, is carefully brewed with selected sweet potatoes and rice malt, resulting in a mellow flavored shochu.
Produced in Kagoshima Prefecture, this sweet potato shochu is carefully made with white koji, allowing you to enjoy the soft and rich aroma and sweetness of the sweet potatoes.
Origin: Kagoshima's legendary purple sweet potato 'Murasakimasari' is the main ingredient. This is a completely new type of sweet potato shochu characterized by a lingering sweetness and a refined aroma.
Using original yeast carefully selected and developed for 'Yaemaru' from Kagoshima Prefecture. It is a clean and refreshing barley shochu.
Produced using 100% barley from Nijo, Kagoshima Prefecture, this is an amber-colored long-term stored barley shochu. It has a rich aroma and a mellow flavor.
