This course lets you fully savor our restaurant’s signature charcoal-grilled dishes, including our famous lettuce wraps, grilled to a fragrant crisp over binchōtan charcoal; white liver with its melt-in-your-mouth texture; and Sendai’s specialty, “thick-sliced marbled beef tongue.” Furthermore, we’ve luxuriously curated a selection of the best the land and sea have to offer, including a five-piece sashimi platter featuring fish caught that very morning and shipped directly to us, crab cream croquettes, and a thick sushi roll filled with tempura shrimp. This premium course features a lavish selection of our restaurant’s signature dishes, including a luxurious sashimi platter with spiny lobster, lettuce wraps grilled to perfection over binchōtan charcoal, white liver (or the rare “furisode” cut), and thick-sliced marbled beef tongue—a Sendai specialty.
