Okonomiyaki without flour (This is a healthy okonomiyaki made using nagaimo, yam, and cabbage, without any flour at all)

Using our restaurant's proud dashi, we grill it to a fluffy texture on a 12mm thick iron plate with our unique cooking method. This popular okonomiyaki takes about 30 minutes to cook thoroughly for that fluffy texture. (Customers can also grill it themselves!)
This is our restaurant's pride, a popular monjayaki made using five types of ingredients such as kombu, bonito, and shiitake mushrooms, prepared with a carefully crafted broth that takes three hours to make. *Customers will grill the monjayaki themselves.
