Karatsu Don (Saga Prefecture Beef Bowl)
Beef A4 rank from Saga Prefecture seasoned with homemade sauce and served in a bowl. Topped with a hot spring egg from Nanayama. The rice is Nanayama's Yume Shizuku rice, milled to 70%. The bowl is Karatsu ware, made by Kosugi.
