This is a limited quantity item, and we apologize if it sells out. It uses original brand free-range chicken developed and improved by our company. You can enjoy both thigh and breast meat at once, truly a two birds with one stone experience.
Compared to Kagura chicken, it is characterized by a strong texture. Those trying it for the first time may find it very hard, but the more you chew, the more umami it releases, making it an addictive specialty dish from Miyazaki.
Quickly grilled chicken thigh over charcoal and cut into thin strips. Generously topped with green onions and ginger, served with a special ponzu sauce. Please mix the condiments and sauce well before enjoying.

This is a grilled skewer made with domestic chicken other than Kagura chicken. It uses domestic binchotan charcoal, and only those who have passed a strict examination as 'grillers' will prepare it. The secret salt enhances the freshness of the ingredients. Please try comparing them.
