Rich in sweetness and high in the natural aroma of the meat. Limited to unbred female cattle, long-term fattening, low melting point of fat, and high density of red meat quality 'Selected Black Wagyu'. Condiments are provided: chopped wasabi, grated garlic, Yangnyunjang, and extreme seven spices.
The potential of the ingredients is maximized by grilling them without any seasoning in a 'Suyaki' style. Please enjoy it with 'Manno Dashi Soy Sauce'. You can clearly distinguish the original flavors of the ingredients.
Simply enhance the sweetness of the ingredients! Delicious natural salt greatly brings out the sweetness of the ingredients and maximizes the umami.
