사케아지무시요 하카타이시마츠

Hakata Sanchanpon is one of the dishes from Hakata that had already fallen out of favor. After trial and error, this dish was revived at this restaurant. It has a delicate Japanese flavor without the heaviness of Chinese cuisine, and thanks to the skillful cooking of the head chef, it offers a texture that can be enjoyed. It is a new yet nostalgic Japanese-style chanpon.
