Our commitment lies in the ingredients. Among the many types of chicken, we select the flavorful and highly rated fresh morning-ground chicken from Awaji Island, and further choose the "young hen" from that selection. Since they have not yet laid eggs, they are tender with just the right amount of elasticity, rich in fat, and juicy. The difference becomes more apparent with each bite. Generally, most chicken distributed for meat consumption is roosters, but our store is directly operated by the long-established local fresh chicken shop "Ashiya Toriyoshi." We can prioritize sourcing young hens, allowing you to enjoy a taste that you won't find anywhere else at any time.
