This is a plate of hamburger grilled to perfection with a wonderful balance of steaming and grilling, served with homemade pickles and a generous salad! Only domestic beef and pork are used, and it is seasoned with a secret recipe, so please enjoy the moist and fluffy hamburger with just green perilla! Made with rice from Fukui Prefecture, which is said to be the birthplace of Koshihikari, please enjoy it with very delicious rice!
The bitterness is pleasant, the sweetness is subtle, and it has a wonderful aftertaste. To achieve a rich body and a refreshing aftertaste suitable for iced coffee, we have blended strong-bodied Vietnamese coffee, Brazilian coffee, and Colombian coffee in a balanced manner. You can enjoy it as a well-rounded iced coffee with low acidity and a rich flavor. By roasting it thoroughly to a 'French Roast', it is finished to have a rich taste.
