The buckwheat flour used in our shop is carefully selected by the owner from Hokkaido, specifically stone-milled white flour. We offer two types of soba every day: 2:8 soba and whole buckwheat soba. You can enjoy the soba of your choice. We prepare each dish with care to maximize the deliciousness of seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido and the flavor of the soba.
