지하로 내려가면, 차분하고 세련된 공간이 펼쳐져 있어 기대감이 들었습니다. 메뉴는 치킨과 포크 두 가지로, 빨간색과 검은색 루에서 선택할 수 있는 것이 재미있습니다. 이번에는 검은색 포크를 선택했는데, 압도적인 스페어립이 푸짐하게 올라가 있고, 겉은 바삭하고 속은 부드러워 감동했습니다. 먼저 나오는 차가운 감자 수프와 약간의 샐러드가 카레에 대한 기대감을 높여줍니다. 중간에 추가 스파이스나 피클을 더하면 향이 확 퍼져서 마지막까지 지루하지 않게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 식사 후 커피를 마시며 마스터와 가벼운 대화를 나누고, 기분 좋은 여운에 휩싸여 가게를 나섰습니다.
