When I went down to the basement, I was excited to find a calm and stylish space. The menu features two types: chicken and pork, and it's fun to choose between red and black curry. This time, I chose the black pork, and I was impressed by the powerful spare ribs that were served generously. The outside was crispy while the inside was tender, which was amazing. The cold potato soup and a small salad that came out first heightened my anticipation for the curry. Adding extra spices and pickles along the way expanded the aroma, and I enjoyed it without getting bored until the end. After the meal, I had a light chat with the master over coffee and left the restaurant enveloped in a pleasant afterglow.
