로스카츠는 평목삼원돈으로, 한 입마다 지방의 단맛과 적육의 깊이가 퍼집니다. 중심부가 살짝 핑크색이며, 매우 부드럽고 씹을수록 맛이 나옵니다. 먼저는 그대로, 다음에는 소금으로, 그리고 생간장이나 와사비, 겨자와 함께 즐길 수 있습니다. 미소카츠와 멘치카츠도 인상 깊은 맛입니다. 밥과 미소국이 함께 제공되며, 모두 맛있습니다. 예약 한정의 다시 샤브샤브와 셀프 죽도 있어, 마지막까지 행복한 기분이 들었습니다.
