Our restaurant's famous raw tongue salt. First, you can eat this and then think about the menu.
This is a raw meat style yukke that has been slowly finished with low temperature cooking.
A celebratory meat cake made abundantly with the specialty raw tongue, thick-cut raw tongue, raw tongue short ribs, and Wagyu roast. Orders must be made at least two days in advance.
Using Yamagata Prefecture's Yukiwakamaru, we have carefully prepared rice cooked in a clay pot. This is a limited product, so if you make a reservation by the day before or contact us at least one hour before your visit, we can prepare it for you. If you come in without a reservation, it will take about 40 minutes, so we kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance.
