Our most popular dish, beef grilled on a magnolia leaf with Hida Takayama miso, and the chef's special nagaimo gratin made with yuba and kudzu, showcase exceptional techniques. In addition to the top-quality sushi prepared on the spot by artisans, we also offer seasonal limited menus that change every month and in odd months (every two months).
