Our store has strong connections with breweries and distilleries across the country, as well as influential liquor stores, allowing us to obtain any commercially available sake (such as Juyondai, Jikon, Moriizo, etc.) at the regular price.

Our shop specializes in sake and shochu, but it is not the variety of alcohol that we take pride in! As true professionals in the field of alcohol, we will answer any questions from our customers on the spot.

On average, sake reveals its original flavor and aroma around the 5th day after opening, and for about 2 weeks, it presents various flavors while interacting with air. To ensure you can enjoy the changing flavors every day up to that 2-week mark, we manage and provide it carefully.

We do not use vague descriptions like 'one glass' that do not indicate the volume.

Basic serving is in shot glasses (glass: 100ml). The shape of the glass varies depending on the quality of the sake, but the volume remains the same. 'Today's...' refers to specific names (sake ranks) that change with each delivery, so the price cannot be displayed. (If you're curious, please ask the manager!) Generally, 'Today's...' is more common with premium sake. For premium sake, if we display the price as is, everyone tends to drink excessively, so we set the price lower than the market rate, resulting in a subtle premium pricing. (If you're interested, please order the sake with displayed prices.)
