Perfect for all kinds of banquets. This course includes fresh fish sashimi and a choice of one of our specialties, "hozuki nabe", "pork sesame miso nabe" or "spicy chiritori nabe with pork belly".
We will serve a platter of five types of fresh seafood, including bluefin tuna, sea bream, salmon, yellowtail, and horse mackerel.
This is a 'Boshisei Specialty Nabe' where tuna is eaten in a sukiyaki style with eggs and a special broth.
