제공이 빨라서, 첫 번째 수프는 부드러운 맛으로 마음이 편안해집니다. 황니라와 소고기 볶음은 고기가 촉촉하고 손질이 정성스럽다는 느낌을 줍니다. 니라레바는 숙주의 아삭한 식감이 좋고, 간의 냄새도 신경 쓰이지 않아 먹기 쉽습니다. 사천식 마파두부는 확실히 매콤하고, 화자오의 얼얼한 향이 여운을 남깁니다. 회계육은 양배추 없이 돼지고기가 주인공이며, 껍질이 있는 맛이 확실히 전달되어 매우 만족스럽습니다. 디저트인 아몬드 두부는 우유의 풍미가 부드럽고, 어딘가 그리운 맛이었습니다.
