We offer a plan where you can enjoy a free-flow of local ingredients-based craft chuhai 'Hō Craft' from Hōshuzō, sparkling wine, red wine, and white wine selected by the chef sommelier Wataru Iwata from our sister facility 'THE THOUSAND KYOTO', including selections from around the world as well as domestic options.
