This course is popular because it is directly operated by a long-established sake store, which has direct dealings with more than 100 sake breweries and always offers a lineup of about 30 different types of junmai sake, carefully selected according to season and type. All you can drink as much as you like for 45 minutes. (1000 yen for a 30-minute extension!) However, refills of the same brand are not allowed! Find your favorite flavor or try it out! This is a course for making new discoveries.
We have prepared a carefully crafted menu designed to enhance your enjoyment of sake. We assess the characteristics of the sake and provide dishes that match each type.
All brands available in a 100ml cup. As a direct operation of a long-established sake shop, we have direct contracts with nearly 100 breweries, from which we carefully select seasonal limited editions and various types to always offer about 30 kinds of Junmai sake.
