Salt-grilled blackthroat seaperch, stewed rock oysters, Matsuba crab, fierce shrimp, fresh sea urchin, Ooyama pork, local chicken Piyo, deep-fried cow loach, grilled fish collars, etc. We use seasonal ingredients.
'Gain' means big or many. The boat platter, lavishly arranged with fish directly shipped from Sakai Port, is a feast for the eyes as well. Limited to 3 servings per day. (One serving per group) *Reservations not accepted.
