We are committed to using only the finest grade (A5) female cattle at our store, with a moist and fine-grained quality of fat.
You can fully enjoy the richness of Japanese beef. Since it is from a female cow, the fat is not too heavy.
Tender, juicy, and healthy leg meat. Do not overcook.
Similar tenderness to tenderloin. Refreshing lean meat. Do not overcook.
The part of the peach meat with the most marbling. You can enjoy a melting texture.
The juicy and wild texture is unique to skirt steak.
Horumon is the large intestine of a cow, known for its delicious fat. The striped skin is carefully grilled, lightly cooked to prevent the fat from dripping off.
Heart, Hearts, Hatsu. Tan is good too, but Hatsu is delicious.
A part with a crunchy and crispy texture. Goes well with beer.
Tender, without any smell, light and with a mild fat that brings out the flavor. Awarded the Grand Prize (Honorary Award) at the Tokyo Meat Market Pork Branch Joint Encouragement Association in August 2019!
