style: Brown Lager ABV: 5.5% A brown lager brewed to celebrate the 25th anniversary live performance of the post-rock band 'toe'. It has a high-quality sweetness reminiscent of bread from malt, a slight astringency that tingles the tongue, and a gentle grassy character and bitterness from the hops. Combined with a clean body, it smoothly passes through the throat, and a slight complexity that catches the tongue naturally invites another sip.
Style: Dark Lager ABV: 5.0% The appearance is between dark brown and black, with a rich malt flavor and sweetness from the malt that combine to provide a satisfying experience despite the lower alcohol content.
Style: Saison with Ume & Tulsi ABV: 5.0% A saison brewed with naturally cultivated ume (plum) and tulsi (holy basil). It has a firm yet clean and pleasant acidity with a refreshing finish, sweet ume aroma, the fragrance of tulsi, and the spicy notes of saison yeast, all harmoniously felt with a refreshing body of barley, making it a delicious saison.
style: Farmhouse Ale ABV: 5.5% This refreshing drink has a strong hop aroma, but the alcohol content is slightly higher at 5.5%. It is perfect for the upcoming slightly chilly season. You can sense floral notes like flowers, aromas of white grapes, and citrus, all blended together.
Style: Day Ale ABV: 4.5% A simple combination of ingredients created for 'ALE & BOOKS & CIDER', a concept by Nara Brewing for 'Beer and Reading'. It is a Day Ale that is neither extravagant nor plain, neither bitter nor sweet. However, it has a solid core and a finish that feels universally unique.
Style: Pale Ale with EU Hops. ABV: 5.5%. This is a juicy pale ale primarily made with European hops. It features a gentle aroma with hints of raspberry, lychee, and a slightly sweet jam-like quality derived from the hops. The bitterness is mild, giving an overall soft impression, but it has a refreshing taste that makes you want to keep drinking.
Style: IPA ABV: 6.0% The combination of hops and yeast creates a fresh citrus juice sensation, a pleasantly addictive bitterness, and a moderate body that supports these flavors, resulting in a juicy IPA.
Style: IPA with Hassaku and Iyo Orange. ABV: 6.0%. This IPA is made with plenty of Hassaku and Iyo Orange grown on a small island called 'Oshima' floating in the Seto Inland Sea. We also chose hops with citrus aromas, creating a flavor that combines citrus notes with real citrus. It has become a beer that feels as if fresh fruit is right in front of you, with a delightful balance of brightness and slight bitterness.
style: West Coast IPA ABV: 7.0% It has a citrus flavor reminiscent of grapefruit, along with a slightly sweet, juicy fruitiness. True to the IPA style, it has a solid bitterness, but the balance with the body creates a very natural taste. While it maintains a classic balance, it incorporates modern elements, making it a contemporary West Coast-style IPA.
Style: Flying Sour Ale ABV: 4.5% A sour ale made abundantly with rye and wheat, infused with unique hops from Poland. A bright, poppy yet somewhat finicky rich flavor in a glass.
Style: Belgian Ale ABV: 6.0% This beer is characterized by the fruitiness and dry flavor derived from Belgian yeast. It has a pleasant finish with a floral aroma from the abundant use of European hops and a refreshing bitterness.
