야키소바 이자카야 도모

The original thick noodle yakisoba from Koedo Kawagoe. The previous owner repeatedly experimented at their family's noodle factory, using 100% wheat noodles, resulting in a texture similar to fresh pasta. This dish has been immensely popular since the opening. If you're unsure, this is the one for you.

Near the kura (traditional storehouse), the only soy sauce shop in Kawagoe that has been around for about 250 years, 'Matsumoto Soy Sauce', is used as the base for this dish. The aroma of burnt soy sauce is a tantalizing delicacy that whets the appetite. It pairs well with alcohol, so it's a must-try for drinkers. Carbohydrates are justice.

It has gained strong support from people of all ages. The combination of 'cheddar cheese' and 'fluffy eggs' is outstanding. The chewy noodles, rich cheese, soft-boiled eggs, and the acidity of the tomatoes create an overwhelming sense of indulgence. Please prepare for Instagram.

Enjoy the festival of collaboration dishes that support the food cultures of Japan and Korea, featuring Japanese yakisoba and Korean bulgogi. You will surely fall in love with this collaboration.
