This is a dish that allows you to feel the arrival of spring. At the center is a fried zucchini flower. Inside the flower, there is mozzarella cheese and anchovies. The perfect balance of saltiness and the umami of the cheese. And around it, there are many edible flowers... both visually and in taste, it is vibrant. And it definitely pairs well with drinks. *Please note that some preparation is required in advance. We kindly ask you to make a reservation by phone. Thank you very much.
