The owner, certified as a sake master by the SSI Japan Sake Service Institute (No. 5570), will suggest ways to enjoy warm sake and on the rocks. Our warm sake uses 'Suzuchirori', which brings out a mellow flavor with negative ion effects. Fresh unpasteurized sake is gentle on the body, and we also recommend it served on the rocks for a crisp finish.
