Today's special main dish is the popular 'Oven-baked Kinmedai with White Wine Lemon Sauce' from last time (^_-)-☆ Using a whole fresh Kinmedai, we have luxuriously baked it in the oven. The dish is topped with a refreshing sauce made with lemon and white wine. The sweetness of the tender white fish stands out. We also recommend pairing it with the 'Grand Brut de Reserve' from the French Jolie Champagne, which was a perfect match and highly praised last time.
