클래식한 양관의 분위기가 매우 쾌적하고, 발을 들여놓는 순간 작은 여행을 한 기분이 듭니다. 이 지역의 재료를 활용한 프렌치 요리는 조합이 즐거워서 한 접시마다 기대가 됩니다. 플레이팅이 정갈하고, 맛은 깔끔하여 먹기 편합니다. 탄광의 역사를 주제로 한 메뉴도 흥미로워 관광객들에게도 기쁨을 줄 것 같습니다. 직원의 응대가 따뜻하여 어깨의 힘을 빼고 식사를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 마무리 디저트 카트가 화려하여 저절로 미소가 지어집니다.
