古典洋房的氛圍非常舒適，踏入的瞬間就感覺像是進行了一場小旅行。融合當地素材的法式料理組合有趣，每一道菜都讓人期待。擺盤端正，味道清爽，容易進食。以礦業歷史為主題的菜單也很有趣，對觀光客來說應該會很受歡迎。工作人員的服務熱情，讓我能輕鬆享受用餐。最後的甜點推車華麗，讓人不禁露出微笑。
