When you enjoy it, please cut into the burrata cheese and let the cheese and cream flow over the pizza. It offers an indescribably creamy flavor that will surely create a special memory. Since burrata cheese itself is quite expensive, the price of this pizza is higher compared to our other pizzas, but we take pride in it being a dish worth that value. Additionally, the ear part of the star shape contains mascarpone cheese, which is used when making tiramisu, allowing you to enjoy a different milky deliciousness compared to the burrata cheese. It is also possible to have the burrata cheese on a regular round pizza (3000 yen). However, we cannot include mascarpone cheese in the ear part.
