난고쿠푸린

A pudding that expresses the clear blue sky of the southern country with white cumulus clouds floating. It is a refreshing and new pudding that can be eaten even in the hot summer, but it is also somewhat nostalgic, making it the flagship product of this southern country pudding.

When it comes to the tropics, this mango pudding represents the shining 'orange' color of the morning sun. It is not overly sweet, and the elegant fruit jelly has plenty of mango chunks, making it a very luxurious pudding.

A pudding that pursues a melting, smooth texture. It is a pudding that utilizes Miyazaki prefecture's carefully selected milk, Kyushu-produced fresh cream, and the taste of selected vanilla beans.

A nostalgic pudding with a firm texture, finished with the richness of mascarpone cheese as a hidden flavor and the addition of fresh cream. Enjoy it with plenty of caramel.

Seasonal fresh strawberries sourced directly from Kuroki Farm in Kawanami-cho, Miyazaki Prefecture, are wholeheartedly placed in jelly on top of the pudding. The sweet and sour strawberries, when eaten with the pudding, create a luxurious taste reminiscent of a shortcake. (Limited availability until strawberries run out)
