This is our 7th anniversary course, in which everything is homemade. The main dish is a hamburger steak made without bread crumbs or onions to enjoy the true flavor of the meat.
Reservations required due to popularity. Limited to 5 groups per day from Monday to Thursday. (Please make a reservation with a minimum of 2 persons.)
This dish is seasoned only with bonito and kelp dashi, without using any sugar. The dashi oozes out gently from the inside.
Enjoy the fluffy texture of yam and the crunchy texture of cabbage. The special sauce is the key to the taste. *Takeout is also available.
