나무의 따뜻함이 느껴지는 공간에서, 큰 창문으로 요테이산을 바라보며 편안함을 느낍니다. 장작불로 조리한 고기는 향이 좋고, 단맛과 훈제 맛이 어우러져 행복해집니다. 마카리 포크와 시레토코 치킨 모두 비린내가 없고, 매우 부드럽습니다. 제휴 농가의 채소는 모두 인상적이며, 장기 숙성된 구치산산 감자의 단맛에는 놀랐습니다. 장작 구이 패티의 버거는 육즙이 가득하고, 바삭한 겉과 부드러운 속의 번과 잘 어울립니다. 와인 종류도 다양하여 추천받은 조합으로 더욱 맛있게 즐길 수 있습니다.
