100% Chardonnay, aged in bottle for 28 months in Trentino-Alto Adige. It has a citrus aroma, with fine bubbles and pleasant acidity, making it a refreshing dry sparkling wine.
100% Chardonnay, aged in bottle for 36 months in Trentino-Alto Adige. Aromas of ripe fruits, hazelnuts, and flowers; dry, elegant, and well-balanced taste.
75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Bianco, 10% Pinot Nero. Aromas of apricot, pear, and honey from the Lombardy region, with a rich texture and soft taste. All grapes are hand-harvested from our own vineyards, resulting in a wonderful harmony of vibrant fruit flavors and integrated bubbles.
70% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir. A slightly greenish yellow from the Piedmont region, with strong aromas of citrus, apple, and hints of sage. The toasty notes from barrel aging and the elegance imparted by the Pinot Noir create a complex impression.
A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Carricante, and 5% Albanello, it has a mineral aroma reminiscent of Sicilian limestone, along with hints of nuts and lemon. It features a soft mouthfeel and a refreshing taste, with a vibrant acidity from minerals and citrus fruits.
100% Vermentino, fermented with natural yeast from Sardinia, leading to a delicate and deep aroma, resulting in a wonderful bouquet. Refreshing and light taste. Recommended for all seafood dishes.

100% Fiano from Sicily with an aromatic and rich fragrance, dense and wonderful structure, and mineral sensation. Using the ancient variety Fiano, experimental winemaking began in the 1990s, resulting in a wine that is very tropical and enchanting, which led to its sudden birth as a wine named 'Cometa' (Comet).
100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) from Piedmont, with a vibrant aroma and rich fruitiness reminiscent of ripe fruits, and a firm aftertaste. The flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and violet typical of Pinot Noir spread throughout the mouth.
