It is precisely because it is simple that we are particular about it. The ingredients enhance each other's qualities, creating a bowl of happiness. We only use high-quality, thick eel raised in overseas eel farms that have passed strict international standards, sourced directly from domestic farmers. The eel is perfectly coated with sauce, allowing the rice itself to be enjoyed without overpowering the eel, using high-grade rice. The sauce is a blend of soy sauce sourced from domestic breweries and a secret recipe, with an exquisite richness that complements the rice. Our original unaju sauce is specially made for unaju, and the eel, rich in fat, can be enjoyed without getting tired of it until the last bite, accompanied by refreshing condiments like green onions and wasabi. At Unagi no Naruse, we are committed not only to the 'quality' of the eel but also to its 'preparation.' Please enjoy our pride, the unaju, which is grilled to a fragrant finish on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
