Sunday, July 28 Cafe Katsudo ☕✨ with Arisa-chan ( ) Lunch 🍴 at Arisa-chan's request. Thanks for making a reservation 💓 We are so indecisive. LOL! But this time I made a quick decision! Arisa was so worried about it 😂😂😂 After a lot of thinking, Arisa decided on the yakuzen curry with salad (910 yen) and I decided on the daily deli lunch with soup (940 yen). As a fried food lover, I was attracted to the main dish of the day, fried pork with potherb mustard 🐷. Besides the main dish of fried pork, there were spring rolls, a carrot and walnut rappe, tuna, barley, and bitter gourd salad, pickles, and 16-grain rice. This is served with cold soy milk soup. The fried pork tatsuta is made of thinly sliced pork belly. The slightly thickened and refreshing sauce was well mixed with the pork. Underneath the deep-fried pork is a yellowish potato. I don't think it's a sweet potato, but... This potato was slightly sweet and delicious. And the side dishes. All of them are delicious! The bitter melon salad was especially shocking! Bitter melon is not one of my favorites, but this salad has just the right amount of bitterness unique to bitter melon to make it addictive. It is amazing that it makes full use of the goodness of the bitter melon. I want to make it at home too! The soup that comes with it is light and gently flavored, and since it is cold, it is perfect for this time of year! I want to make this at home too! I want to make this at home too! I also had a bite of Arisa-chan's curry, which I liked because it was mild but also spicy enough to make you sweat when you put the included spices on it 🍛. The set salad was also good and quite plentiful. 🙆‍♀️ It's been a while since I've been to Deconcocoya, but I was able to eat a lot of vegetables and the portions were just right and tasty!
