I have been on my own for a while now. I've always wanted to have lunch at Wakakusa Coffee ( ) and I was lucky enough to get a seat at the table I wanted to sit at 😋🍴. The dried flowers on the wall? The dried flowers on the wall They are so instagrammable👍! This quiche is so nice 👏✨ I think it's a quiche of the day! I think it was a quiche of lotus root and bacon. Crispy lotus root and chunky diced bacon. This quiche is a little bit more filling and a little less doughy 🤔? It's a little bit small, but it's also very good with ketchup. 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️ The salad is simply olive oil and rock salt (I'm sorry if I'm wrong)! (I'm sorry if I'm wrong 😅) (Sorry if I'm wrong 😅) I like it a lot. It also comes with a boiled egg 🥚. And my favorite part was this curry soup✨ I've never had such a mild and rich curry soup. It is filled with slow-fried candied onions, and the onions have a nice sweetness to them. I wonder if there is a little milk in it? It's mild anyway! And the seared cheddar cheese is irresistible! The aroma of the seared cheddar cheese and the softness of the cheddar cheese that doesn't melt too much are exquisite. I felt it was somewhat similar to onion gratin soup. The crispy toasted baguette that comes with this soup is also delicious when dipped in it. The baguette is generously buttered, so it is delicious just as it is. It is also served with coffee jelly. The coffee jelly is not too soft, not too firm, and just the right amount of sweetness. Like the pudding, I liked the taste and firmness of the jelly. It was my long awaited quiche plate 🤤🤤 I want to eat it again ✨. But next time I'll get the egg sandwich plate. I'll get the french toast next time. LOL! Wakakusa Coffee is celebrating its 20th anniversary. I got some delicious cookies and a free after-dinner coffee coupon from the lottery. ☺️ The cookies were delicious as expected. It's a bit far (lol), but I'll have to go back✨.

Sunday, July 28 Cafe Katsudo ☕✨ with Arisa-chan ( ) Lunch 🍴 at Arisa-chan's request. Thanks for making a reservation 💓 We are so indecisive. LOL! But this time I made a quick decision! Arisa was so worried about it 😂😂😂 After a lot of thinking, Arisa decided on the yakuzen curry with salad (910 yen) and I decided on the daily deli lunch with soup (940 yen). As a fried food lover, I was attracted to the main dish of the day, fried pork with potherb mustard 🐷. Besides the main dish of fried pork, there were spring rolls, a carrot and walnut rappe, tuna, barley, and bitter gourd salad, pickles, and 16-grain rice. This is served with cold soy milk soup. The fried pork tatsuta is made of thinly sliced pork belly. The slightly thickened and refreshing sauce was well mixed with the pork. Underneath the deep-fried pork is a yellowish potato. I don't think it's a sweet potato, but... This potato was slightly sweet and delicious. And the side dishes. All of them are delicious! The bitter melon salad was especially shocking! Bitter melon is not one of my favorites, but this salad has just the right amount of bitterness unique to bitter melon to make it addictive. It is amazing that it makes full use of the goodness of the bitter melon. I want to make it at home too! The soup that comes with it is light and gently flavored, and since it is cold, it is perfect for this time of year! I want to make this at home too! I want to make this at home too! I also had a bite of Arisa-chan's curry, which I liked because it was mild but also spicy enough to make you sweat when you put the included spices on it 🍛. The set salad was also good and quite plentiful. 🙆‍♀️ It's been a while since I've been to Deconcocoya, but I was able to eat a lot of vegetables and the portions were just right and tasty! I'll have to try the vegetable deli lunch next time! Next time, I'm going to try the sweets I've been longing for 🍮. To be continued.
