The polvorone is outstanding✨. One or two of the most popular stores in Kanagawa. However, as a lover of French pastries, I never had a chance to come to this store. Even so, since it is such a popular store, I made up my mind to go there at least once. The conclusion is that the store's reputation here depends on its baked goods: ‼︎ Napoleon Pie. Crispy pie with strawberry and custard cream in between. Not too much, not too little. Summer Goldfish Japanese sweets? Jelly of azuki beans and Te-Shichimame (seven beans). I wasn't sure what it was supposed to be, a little... Sachertorte with whipped cream. It is delicious, like the jarring feeling of the chocolate, or the fresh cream that is not too sweet. Polvorone". I thought Lilienberg was not so good, but after trying this, my opinion changed completely! This is so delicious! The flour is roasted to a golden brown and baked with almonds and nuts. It melts in your mouth and disappears! Shockingly melt-in-your-mouth ‼︎ Next time I want to try their other baked goods. Lilienberg is amazing!
