This is a special course featuring our specialty "Soshu Kohaku Chicken" and other carefully selected jidori (local chickens), and is rich in collagen and cooked in a pot of boiling water! The fresh chicken is simmered for a long time in a thick broth with concentrated flavor, and the vegetables are cooked in a pot until they are tender and tender. Please enjoy the change of taste by using special ponzu (Japanese citrus juice), snow salt, or yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper) in the soup as you like!
