A small soba noodle shop nestled at the foot of the Aso Outer Rim Mountains. They use aromatic buckwheat seeds selected from all over Japan, including buckwheat grown in Minamiaso. In their own vegetable garden and buckwheat fields, they grow buckwheat seeds that are native to Kugino. The buckwheat noodles are carefully ground on a stone mortar and handmade every morning using subsoil water from Minami Aso, and have a reputation for being thirst-quenching and sweet. The restaurant also boasts an excellent location with a view of the five peaks of Aso in front of it.
