First Okinawan Cuisine!
2010,11
We came here for lunch too!
It was a weekday around 1pm...the restaurant was a little crowded, but we were able to sit down.
I knew it was the bitter melon stir-fry!
I wanted to have Spam rice balls, but I gave up because I was too full (T_T).
The soup soba, jimamei tofu, and simmered vegetables are also included in the meal, so it's a good deal!
The bitter melon still tastes as good as ever with its gentle flavor~!
I don't remember how much it costs, but I think it was 850
It was delicious - I want to try the pork and egg next time!
2010, 05
I went to my friend's house and she recommended Okinawan food to me!
I heard that Taisho has many Okinawan people and many Okinawan restaurants...
I visited at 20:00 on Sunday! The restaurant was almost full!
It seems to be quite popular and crowded!
Actually, it was my first time to try Okinawan cuisine!
I've only had bitter melon stir-fry at home...
Pork and egg
Spam wrapped in egg
The spam was not salty and was very tasty!
Gurukun's fried chicken
The first color fish I've ever seen
I was a little reluctant to eat it, but when I did, it was delicious!
It was a good snack for drinks because it was so crispy and easy to eat!
Bitter melon stir-fry
The bitter melon was not bitter, and the seasoning was gentle and delicious!
This is a teiban, right?
Soki soba (buckwheat noodle)
It contains two large pieces of meat with bones, and the odamashi is tasty and satisfying!
The meat was so tender that I could eat it easily!
Next to the restaurant, there were lots of Okinawan souvenirs and ingredients, which made me so excited!
It was like I was in Okinawa!
We had two drinks each, and ¥5,500 was cheap!
We are planning to go back next month!
