I have been going there from time to time for over ten years. In that time, the meat has changed, the menu has changed, and many things have changed. Whether the taste has declined or not is subtle. Recently, I've noticed that although you have to cook the meat yourself after the plate is brought to you, the griddle is not quite hot enough, and sometimes the heat finishes before the meat is cooked through. I guess the meat can be cooked medium rare, but sometimes it ends up rare. The couple next to us at the same time was chatting leisurely and not trying to cook the meat at all after it arrived, and after a while they slowly started cooking it. I was worried that the onions and other ingredients must not have been cooked. I can't tell you how many times I thought that the waiter should have explained the situation to them... The old staff did a lot of things properly, but I felt that many of the staff (part-timers) these days are not very thorough.
