A very famous restaurant for motsu-nabe!
About a 10-minute walk from the east exit of Ebisu Station.
Reservations are not taken on weekends. It was my first visit to the restaurant!
The exterior of the restaurant does not look like a restaurant.
There was not even a sign, let alone a luxurious decoration, and we wandered around the restaurant.
Finally, I found the name of the restaurant on an ashtray.
The interior of the restaurant is also ordinary. Or rather, it looks a bit shabby.
However, the motsu nabe lived up to my expectations.
It is, without question, the best ever. And the cost performance is too high!
The order of the day was
White morotsu nabe
Vinegared morotsu
Satsuma-age (fried fish cake)
fruit tomato
rice gruel to finish
ume gae (like a fish cake)
Anyway, the motsu nabe is by far the most delicious.
They are plump and melt in your mouth. And the sweet motsu.
Delicious!
And above all, the soup. I have never had such a rich soup.
It is seriously thick, not just the usual claims. And yet it is totally drinkable.
It's a wonder. The garlic is also powerful and really addictive.
And it's cheap. Too cheap. Conscientious.
If you like motsu nabe, you must try it.
There are 5 different types of motsu nabe and I will keep coming back until I have had them all.
I recommend this restaurant.
