The Tonkatsu Eating Comparison Course is a must!
We went to a popular tonkatsu restaurant that opened in January this year.
One of the main attractions of this restaurant is the "Tonkatsu Eating Comparison Course" (3,500 yen, tax included). I was told that there are parts of tonkatsu rarely seen in tonkatsu, so I paid a visit right away.

Finish (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice with sauce) and homemade pork broth

The first time I ate shikinbo, it looked almost like filet.
However, I was surprised to find that the texture and taste were completely different!
Tontoro is fatty when eaten at a yakiniku restaurant, but it is surprisingly easy to eat when eaten with tonkatsu. The ribeye and loin were as delicious as you would expect.
The restaurant has only counter seating with two kinds of sauces, two kinds of salt, and olive oil. And on the way to the restaurant, the owner offers truffle salt, so I think it is better to eat as the waiter recommends.
My companion was very satisfied not only with the delicious food but also with the clean restaurant and courteous service (^o^)
Located in Takadanobaba, this restaurant specializes in eel with a choice of Kanto or Kansai style. The freshness of the eel is maintained by cooking the raw eel after receiving the order. The main menu items are broiled eel, kabayaki (broiled eel), and shiroyaki (grilled eel), and customers can choose between Kanto style (characterized by fluffy meat) and Kansai style (crispy). The sauce is made from handmade soy sauce from Yuasa, Wakayama Prefecture. We hope you will enjoy the eel with its maximum flavor.
The lamb was delicious and above all I was very impressed by the pleasantness of the wait staff! Such a nice restaurant in Tokyo! I would like to visit again!
Lunch girls' night out. It was delicious and fun! The appetizer platter was elaborate and the handmade pasta was delicious, but my favorite was the zabaione for dessert! I would definitely eat this again! I will definitely return.
