First, please try this basic pizza. Tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil.
The hot, thin, sticky pizza dough is the best. The quattrofirmaggi is the best here. I always order it when I come here.
You can't miss the Margherita. Bismarck is also delicious.
The dough is so thin that four people can have four pieces.
The garlic marinated broccoli is also delicious and we order it every time.
The shrimp and squid fritters are also delicious... If I went alone, I would eat them without being able to stop.
The service is also great. They change the plates every time and the plates are warm.
I guess they are so popular that even if you make a reservation for just a table, you have to be there for 2 hours. If you take your time, it will go by very fast.

I had always wanted to visit Borsa! I was really looking forward to it since it was a 100 name restaurant on the food log.
Both the outside and the interior had a great atmosphere and made me feel at home.
What we ordered was,

I was very impressed from the first broccoli. The warm broccoli, garlic, and herbs were a perfect match.
The french fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the herbs were delicious.
Both of the two pizzas were truly delicious. The thin crust made it easy for two people to eat. The shirasu (baby sardine) pizza was perfect with the arugula. The gâteau chocolat for dessert was also large, rich, and very satisfying!
The speed of serving was excellent, and I was surprised that the shirasu pizza came out just as I finished my margherita. We were able to enjoy our meal comfortably because of the frequent bashing and the serving plates that were provided in advance for us to share.
For 2500 yen for such a satisfying meal, I have no choice but to repeat the experience! I have already made plans to go back next month.

Pizza is baked to order in the restaurant's stone oven. The dough is chewy and the aroma of the wheat is very delicious.
It gets quite crowded during dinner time, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, so I didn't feel stressed at all. It is better to make a reservation because it is probably difficult to just pop in.
The restaurant is located in a crowded area at the west exit of Ikebukuro station, so I can't say that the location is great, but I would recommend this restaurant if you want to have a delicious pizza in Ikebukuro.
