I visited Sumibi Yakiniku Takumi, a charcoal grilled meat restaurant in Kushimoto. The interior has counter seats, tables, and sunken kotatsu seats, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. We grilled aged meat and vegetables over a shichirin charcoal grill. The aged meat was tender, juicy, and overflowing with meat juices.
