Taiwanese mazesoba is a dish originating from Nagoya, featuring the authentic Taiwanese mazesoba brand 'Tamago Komachi' with eggs, and 'Kujyo Negi' directly sourced from the production area. It is a addictive dish where the carefully selected spicy minced meat and thick curly noodles made from whole wheat flour are mixed together.
