The specifications for 2024 are expected to be the same as last year. The contents will change, and all sets will include caviar. One set costs ¥35,000 (including box fee and tax). It is enough for about 3 to 4 people. This year, there will be a limited number of 24 sets, so please order early! The two-tiered box set (with 50g of caviar) for ¥52,000 will not be available. The photo is from last year, so the contents will vary slightly. The contents are provided for reference from last year; however, this year's contents are not yet finalized, but similar items will be included. Marinated octopus and scallops, grilled sea bream with herbs, carrot rapé, yuzu miso quiche with yellowtail, steamed abalone, snow crab omelet, lobster pâté, salmon roe, braised black tiger shrimp, smoked ocean trout, grilled king crab, beef tongue stew, prosciutto, mortadella, homemade roast ham, Ezo deer loin roast, French duck breast, duck leg confit, black wagyu sirloin, roast beef, pâté de campagne, and about 35 to 40 other varieties will be included, so I believe there will be a substantial volume. Marinated fresh fish salad - ¥1,540, smoked trout with figs - ¥1,650, roasted beef from the chuck with gorgonzola and shine muscat - ¥2,200, sautéed shrimp with Burgundy butter cream - ¥1,540, roasted chicken thigh - ¥1,870, beef skirt steak - ¥1,980. Additionally, the standard menu features items like prosciutto, pâté de campagne, and fried Inca potatoes. This is just an example, and it may change with the seasons and availability.
